Everything was top rated. The only issue that we encountered was at embarkation. The porters weren't available, even at 10 am. The line was disorganized and people were cutting in front of others and there was no real help. Dining was incredible. We ate at Chops, Giovanni's, Windjammer and the MDR during My Time Dining. We were seated at the same table each night we were in the MDR and our wait staff was incredible. Our cabin steward was pleasant every time we saw him, greeting us by name, and keeping our cabin in great shape. The 12-metre America's Cup race in Cozumel was great fun! Our fav excursion! The Turtle Farm and Hell wasn't as interesting. The turtles were neat to see, but not for a four hour excursion. We ended up taking a cab back early because we were over it. The restaurant at the turtle farm appeared to have good food but we were never given menus or service of any kind. In Jamaica, we stayed in the port area, which was fun and just right for our needs. The casino actually paid off with wins and Bingo was fun, even if we lost each time. We also went to a cupcake decorating class which was fun - the pastry chef was entertaining.
