This was probably the best river cruise we've done. Had always gone to the Christmas Markets. This was entirely different, and we were thrilled with our choices of tours. We took the Austrian Countryside optional tour and the home-hosted tour in Slovakia. We would highly recommend both of them. Also, coming in to Budapest at night is absolutely breathtaking.

The staff and other passengers on the ship were outstanding. The food was delicious.

We have booked the Tulips and Windmills cruise in April, 2017 and are looking forward to seeing all the tulips. Our Viking agent, Peter Donadio, has said that they will be at their prime at the time we are going. This will be our 4th Viking River Cruise and we highly recommend them. Read more
