3 night from Port Canaveral. Ship is sparkling clean. You never have to wait for any type of service; only true wait is for AquaDuck water slide. Level of service from crew is truly excellent. The Disney Dream is the Four Seasons on water. Room was spacious and nicely appointed. The kid factor is a bit high in summer, so if you're a couple without kids, try to avoid the summer vacation season. Second dining rotation usually doesn't have a ton of rug rats, except in summer.
Meridian lounge aft on deck 12 in between Palo and Remy is a great place to sit outside on a beautiful deck and have a cocktail with a great view of the ocean. Palo for dinner is amazing. The standard dining options are good. Standard coffee on board is a weak point--the cove cafe is available for truly good coffee on deck 11 aft in the 18+ section. The Rainforest is a good option for Nassau if you're not planning on getting off the ship. The Rainforest is a cheap cruise addition. Most guests do Nassau once and that's it, so plan on doing something on ship. If you have the time, do the 4 day with double dip in Castaway Cay. Serenity Bay is a quiet and picture perfect spot to sunbathe and float in the crystal clear water. The Castaway Cay Cabanas are nice, but not a great value - the level of service is weak in this one area.
Overall, Disney Dream is a world class vacation option and--even considering the price--a really good value. If you can swing it, go concierge. Warning, it's addictive.
Spacious, clean. Split bath is a great feature. Balcony is nicely sized. Starboard side of ship has a nice view of Castaway Cay.
Efficient.
An amazing destination for kids and adults alike.
