To sum it up, this cruise was truly overrated. My family has been on cruises with this company three times, and this Alaskan cruise was definitely the worst. The ship kept breaking down, and we would be stuck in on the boat in one location for hours at a time. To top it off, we even missed one of the major highlights of the whole cruise; Skagway. And they only notified us about this change the day while boarding the ship. When we called to complain and sort out the confusion with the staff, they were very rude, and virtually no help.

The food was not as good as the reviews said, and neither was the entertainment. Now, I'm not trying to be biased and say that this whole cruise line is a dud, because we have been on very good Norwegian cruises to Bermuda and the Bahamas, but this one- way trip from Alaska to Vancouver ( Jun. 20 - 27, 2016) were a complete waste of time and money. It was a awful disappointment for how much effort we put into planning this trip.
