Absolutely loved the small ship atmosphere. Embarkation and disembarkation were quick and free of hassles. We got to know quite a few people since we would see them at several different activities. Liked the ship decor which was very traditional--wood, chintz and comfortable furniture, not all glass and plastic. Dining staff really knew your likes and made good recommendations. Food was very good and beautifully presented. We appreciated having table service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner since we rarely like buffets. Our balcony cabin (7048) was great. Plenty of storage, comfortable bed, and a sofa for lounging. Our steward was personable and efficient. Entertainment was enjoyable, especially the comediennes and magicians. Booked a small group excursion through ThumbsUp in Costa Rica which was super. Appreciated having the historian narrating the trip through the Panama Canal. The excursion in Columbia booked through Princess was the low point of the cruise. Too many people on the bus, couldn't hear the tour guide, too much wasted time waiting around for people to use the restrooms. I'll only book small group excursions from now on..
