Initially the phone wasn't working, a light bulb was out and the safe could not be used. These were all corrected in the first evening on board.
The attendant was excellent.

Greatly enjoyed the Glacier but only had 1 hour there, not really enough. Also visited a cemetery for some reason, not interesting at all.

Very expensive and the leader made little attempt to show the participants the birds, mostly just said she could hear something singing. Not enough time allowed for birding, most participants probably saw less than a third of the birds claimed by the leader.

Quite interesting but a lot of the totems were not originals.

Scenic and with opportunities for photos at special stops en route.

This was the embarkation port and we had just travelled direct from Anchorage, no time for a tour.

Seward

I paid for a gratuities package before we embarked but for some reason still got charged 18% service charge for any drinks purchased on board.The ship was very well appointed, comfortable and easy to get around because of the many speedy lifts (elevators).
