This was our first cruise with Holland America Line, before we did 4 Cunard cruises (2 QM2, 1 QV and 1 QE).
Main reason in the past to choose Cunard was that we are fond of all kind of dancing events, see also my review:

Both the amazing Vigeland park (by tramline 12, buy a ticket at the 7/24) and the magnificent town hall (by foot) are easy to reach on your own.

To much market. Good museum and library

I was born in Amsterdam and we lived there 30 years.
Stavanger
As all the other Norwegian ports we berthed witkin easy walking distance of the citycenter. In Stavanger we discovered a guided tour behind the scenes of the new Music Center: amazing.
