Celebrate 80 years Birthday. The Matr Hotel and the Maitre D is the WORST personnel we ever came across. No Birthday cake provided, WE PAID and ORDERED 4-months ahead, with the Cruise reservations !!!! In the Dining room NO TABLE provided! uncooperative ,unfriendly service, table reservation not met the requirement!!!
