Don't believe all the negative reviews. I was a bit worried after reading reviews but decided to keep an open mind and judge for myself. We booked this cruise during the kids sail free promotion. We enjoyed this cruise. The ship is beautiful, food good (cruise food), and we were entertained by the variety of activities. Out of all the crew members we interacted with, there was only one rude employee. (I hope retirement is in her near future.) Our 5-year-old enjoyed the kids club. They even had a kids' talent show on the main stage one day. Our daughter had so much fun with that. We had to use the services of the medical center while on board for a minor ailment and we were attended to promptly and with care. Our balcony cabin was a good fit for 2 adults and 1 child. We would cruise with MSC again.
