Sail Date: Mar 2016

Traveled with children

This is our 2nd cruise with NCL(4th in all).

Embarkation was very slow in our section. I had to bring it to the attention of the supervisor and it was rectified.

The Epic is a HUGE ship. Bigger than anything we had sailed on before. Not sure if we would go this big again. Loved its smaller sister ship 'Jade'.

Cabin Review

Family Balcony

Cabin B2

This cabin has an extra large balcony on the forward hump.

Great location. Quiet but near forward lifts/stairs

Very small cabin for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Fine for 2 .Bed comfortable.

Hated bathroom set-up.

Wonderful cabin steward.

Port Reviews

Cartagena (Spain)

A short walk from the ship to the shops. Nice way to pass an hour to 2.

Sardinia

We loved the walk up to the old castle walls and cathedral and the views down to the ship

Palermo (Sicily)

Palermo could be a bit cleaner!!!!!.

Visited the Catacombs. Good.

DO NOT WEAR ANY GOOD JEWELLERY. A women who was stand beside us had her gold chain ripped from her neck. Very upsetting!!!

Rome (Civitavecchia)

took the free shuttle to the town. Had a lazy day and decided not to visit Rome.

Palma de Mallorca (Majorca)

We had an amazing tour of Palma on segways. Would highly recommend.
