Review: Celebrity Reflection, June 27 – July 8. This was our 15th cruise and the very best of all of them. This was our 2nd time on Reflection. While everything was not perfect, the overall cruise and experience was our best ever. Below are our comments about our experience on this ship.

Embarkation and Debarkation: In our case, we stayed in Civitavecchia, at Hotel Traghetto, and this hotel was directly across from the transfer bus to the ship. That was a 2 block walk. Once over to the terminal, other than stopping for credit card/picture/sea card we never stopped and walked right onto the ship about 11am. For debarkation, we went to level 2 on the ship at 6:45am and was off the ship by 7am looking for our ride to the Rome airport. Cost was 130E each way. Customs was not until we got to the US. Best getting on and off the ship we have ever experienced.

Ship and Stateroom: The ship was extremely clean in all areas. Our stateroom and deck was spotless. Nowhere on the ship did I see any signs of rust or paint missing. Veranda chairs were very nice and comfortable. It would have been nice to have had a foot stool. I saw these in some verandas. Read more
