We did the Baltic and Norwegian cruises back to back. Ship is brand new! Everything is state of the art. All interior spaces reflect beautiful Scandinavian design. Staff was always extremely friendly and helpful. Food was outstanding in every restaurant. Buffet restaurant had a great Sushi bar. We particularly enjoyed the specialty Italian restaurant. They had at least one included tour in every port. Lots of educational talks from mostly good speakers although some were outdated canned presentations.

Norwegian itinerary was first time in some of the ports, they need to update this itinerary. The fjords and north Cape were beautiful but a couple of the ports could have been skipped. All of the Baltic ports were wonderful.

Only criticism is lack of group activities such as trivia, etc. which they only scheduled on sea days. However, they tried to rectify on second leg of cruise. They need a social director in addition to cruise director and his assistant.
