This was our third Regent cruise, first one on the Mariner. Although the cruise was fully booked, it never felt crowded. There are lots of quiet places. Service on board is what makes this cruise line stand out, it is excellent.

The food is good in the main dining room, but very good in Signatures and Prime 7. We are not crazy about Setti Mari. The cabin was roomy, lots of storage and a walk-in closet and a nice bathroom. The room steward and stewardess were excellent. The shore excursions are varied and well organized. No problems getting off the ship on time, or in the tenders where necessary. There are not a lot of organized events which is OK, but a bridge class would be nice for sea days. The lectures on this cruise were not good, about villains of the Caribbean which is not inspiring!

Embarkation in Miami was unusually slow with long lines, but may be explained by the ship having to be sanitized due to sick passengers and crew on the previous cruise.

Quiet and midship.

Miami

Good pre cruise hotel. Intercontinental. Next time we will take a taxi to the terminal instead of the Regent bus.
