I had an ocean view room class OX, we were given first room 5520 but it flooded overnight on the 4th day. Then we were moved to 5010. Both rooms were good. I had me plus 3 kids age 13, 11, 8. Two of us were on the regular beds, one on the wall foldout and one was on the cot that is kept underneath the beds. I thought it would be tight, and it was compared to a suite or something but we were comfortable. We were out and about 90% of the time anyway. We enjoyed all of the shows, they were entertaining and everyone worked hard. We played lots of game shows, bingo and the free activities such as crafts and scavenger hunts.

The pools sucked, there is no other way to put it. It is tiny, very salty and, again, TINY. Around the pool is it impossible to sit down and watch your children. The hot tubs are okay but crowded. The food was very good, we didn't do special restaurants but enjoyed the Venetian, Aqua, and the buffet. We tried O'Sheehan's and the wings were super gross but the bangers and mash were terrific. The meals in the dining rooms are really great, I had wonderful lamb and tenderloin and steak. I don't get why one would splurge on the dining package, the food in the dining rooms were good. After the first couple nights, you don't really need reservations but I made them in advance on the computer and I highly recommend that. We blew a few off and were able to walk into the dining rooms. Sitting at breakfast at the buffet was a challenge, the breakfast at the Venetian has a good variety, an express meal and is so much calmer.

At all places the customer service was great, except when our room flooded overnight. I had to convince them to do the laundry for free. At first the desk lady said they would dry them only they smelled awful. Then no upgrade. Finally, on the last night we got a couple treats and a bottle of wine to our room only it was the last night so I couldn't possibly drink it all. I feel like they should have sent it earlier and we should have been moved to an upgrade instead of lying about not having more rooms, that was a load of crap. The room flooded from the hallway, so no way our fault.

We slept four in this small cabin easily. Sure it's not a suite but who wants to stay in their room when there is so much going on? They cleaned and arranged it twice a day so it was easy to live in it.

Embarkation was fine, some lines but not as bad as I thought
