Sail Date: Jun 2016
Cabin: Deluxe Ocean View with Balcony 2A

We chose this cruise because of the destinations, and because we had sailed Celebrity on one other occasion and it was amazing.

Embarking was fine. However once at our room we realized the ship was in very poor shape, and needed either to be refitted or retired. Our balcony was very dirty, rust in all the corners, couldn't see through the glass on the balcony because it was so dirty (this was a continuing theme on this ship). The show in out suite had mold in the corners, the walls of the shower itself were pulling apart. The sheet on our bed had a big black mark on it. The sheets weren't changed until day 4-5.

There was no information in our room about either the ship or the cruise. Yes, we got the daily news letter, but that was no help, in finding our way around the ship, or what was available and where. Extremely disappointed with this.

Balcony was very dirty, rusty, dirty dirty glass. Shower was falling apart and had mold in the corners. Sheets were strained when we arrived. No ship details in the cabin.
