We went with eight members of our extended family and friends. We had a very enjoyable time. The ship is beautiful and new. The cabin entertainment was much improved over previous cruises by offering live TV and a variety of movies and music. The food in the dining room was very good. The only exception is their presentation of red meats such as steak. Plenty of other delicious choices. We did have a tasty steak in the Pinnacle Grill one night during our cruise.
Personally, I enjoyed many mornings at the gym. They had two elliptical machines that appealed to me and I was able to get my usual 7-mile run and 1,200 calories burned to offset the fabulous food we consumed. Along this line, my wife and I made it a cruise rule never to take the elevator, never. We felt it was a great way keep us in shape. If you are physically able, this works out very well to help keep from gaining weight.
The nightly entertainment in the bars was very good. The presentation in the main stage were so-so depending on who it was. The music was good, the comedians were not so funny to us.
Bed was comfortable. The shower was fantastic! It's hard to beat a new ship!
