Sail Date: Jun 2016

This was our 5th cruise sailing with Carnival x2, Norwegian x1, 2nd with PO. Ship was a great vessel but lacked some of the basics that make a holiday great. Staff in bars seemed quite and at times quite miserable, did not want to go that extra mile, adult area was run at an extra £25.00 per day per person, never had to pay for this on any other ship, no towel exchange at pool side so you have to take towels back to room, no robes in room, no towel animals on bed by cabin boy, no nibbles at bar, you cannot walk around the ship back to front due to design. On the shore excursion up to a glacier the coach left 15 minutes early and left us behind, not good. These may seem petty but these little touches are what makes a holiday special and memorable, we would not go back on this ship.
