Improvements Necessary

1. 18% gratuity at the bars is ridiculous; the service is no better than any other cruise that I’ve been on, and in some cases not as good. You even have to pay the 18% gratuity if you go up and buy your own drinks!

2. A major criticism is that the Windjammer buffet closes are 9pm; effectively this means that you must get there by 8.45pm. We like to eat later, nearer 10pm, and sometimes later; this meant we could only have snacks some evenings. If you’re eating in the restaurant you sit down to eat at 9.30pm; but you really need to be there by 9.20pm

All very good except maybe the water pressure in the basin could have been better.
