I have been on 18 cruises, first time on Royal Caribbean, tough to we would try it, and it will be the last!!! Running back to Princess and Celebrity. Lines everywhere, children running up and down hallways slamming doors at all hours of the night, good luck on getting a elevator, children pushing all the buttons, food sub par, reminded me of Howard Johnsons. Breakfast buffet nothing warm and dirty tables everywhere. Inadequately staffed. Main dining room service okay but food poor. Order new york strip and I was lucky if it was a 1/4 inch thick. Ordered a melon drink from the pool waiter and was told they didn't have the right alcohol to make it, when I was starring right at it. The staff seem to only give the minimum they have to. To me it was like being trapped in a suburban shopping mall and forced to eat at the food court for the week.
