The reception area when you get on the ship with the dark blue uneaven curtins makes the whole area so drab and depressing, the first impression of the ship not good. I did take a peak what was behind the curtains and it was gold panelling with mirrors which I thought would be a much better look and tasteful and as for the picture of dogs with sunglasses on it would have to be the worst picture I have ever seen, definitely need to change their interior designer and supplier of artwork.

The ship has a big problem with dining. The Pantry is the most woeful set up I have ever experienced. The décor is modern but did look more like a décor shop too much decoration, and as for stools for dining on a ship not very practical and one passenger did fall off one and ended up down the hospital. The food was the same old bland slop every day, very little variety and you had to go to so many counters to get everything you wanted by the time you finished the first items on your plate where cold. The fruit salad was loaded up with pineapple and had a little watermelon and dew melon never saw a banana or apple the whole cruise. I am a diabetic and every other cruise line I have been on have a sugarless sweets each sitting. The limited salads had no proper dressings and were very bland and basic. Lacking cheese biscuits, cold meats etc. The man who worked behind the cereal counter was very arrogant and wasn't interested in serving you in fact ignored you and a few times the toast was only toasted on one side. Many a time we had to sit at a table that had the dishes from the previous passengers and after finishing our meal the table still wasn't clean. A couple of times people had got their meal and there wasn't any cutlery probably because the tables hadn't been cleared and they were still on the tables.

The majority of the staff are so unhappy looking and don't have that happy, joking, fun rapport with the passengers like other cruise lines. In saying that our two cabin stewards were very good. Then there was the Waterfront that had the same menu every day of the cruise. One soup being Tomato and two types of hamburgers, not quite what you call fine dining. Every time we went there the waiter brought us the wrong order, and once again they were not a happy lot. The pool area was very nice and the entertainers were good especially Greg. The cabin was nice, did have a problem with the air conditioner at one stage and we reported it and was impressed with the time in which they fixed it. Had no problems with tenders and getting off at the two ports.
