It was an awesome cruise! certainly one of the best vacations we took. It combined the luxurious spoils of this great ship with very very interesting visits at the ports of call. The outcome was a week full of art, culture, history, beauty and relaxation far beyond any expectations we had in advance.
first - the ship. Serenade of the seas is a gem. it's big but not intimidating. it has everything you could think of and than some: indoors and outdoors pools, climbing wall, huge gym, half a dozen restaurants, Broadway style theater, disco, bars ... the list is endless.
our cabin was spacious and well equipped.
our cabin was spacious - we had 4th deck cabin, no balcony but a very large window, equipped with a full size double bed, a sitting sofa and a coffee table, a desk - and a very smart cardboard that fitted all in. bathroom and shower were very decent. at no moment we felt claustrophobic!
