The name of this line should be Carnival used to be. All the fun they make people believe they are going to experience is just like this ship, a fantasy. They provided almost no entertainment at all. The staff members were disinformed as to what activities were being offered. The DJ in the pool was just a music pleaser of those who were his favorites. He has no DJ skills to entertain costumers avid for fun. The few activities offered were participation entertainment directed by unprofessional crew members. The music offered responded to the taste of a group, and it had no variety. We were bored most of the time. The crew should reinforce cruising ethics, People have no respect for others who enjoy cruising with elegance.

The food was terrible especially in the buffet, no variety at all. The service offered by cabin attendants and waiters was excellent though. The room was always clean and the stewards very nice and helpful. We felt that the only thing Carnival line wants to do is to make money at all costs, not to make passengers feel comfortable. They even sold T-shirts to raise money for Saint Jude hospital. The shirts read Saint Jude and Carnival, so they are using the passenger's money to exalt their name. In my opinion that is using people's feelings and money. The time allowed to visit in Key West was really short to do any fun activity there. If I compare this trip to my first one in Carnival, I could say that the line is unfortunately decaying, especially regarding food and entertainment. I have taken 4 cruises and this one was the worst. No more Carnival for me and my family.
