We chose Celebrity being our first cruise & celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We wanted to be on a smaller ship. Embarkation from Bayonne was a breeze. We were on the ship within 20 minutes. Our room was 9105 Aqua Class. Plenty of closet & drawer space. The bathroom was a nice size as well as the balcony which we had coffee on every morning from room service. In my opinion I thought the Summit was a beautiful ship, very well kept. The pool area was always crowded when at sea & difficult to get lounge chair. This was the only area of the ship that I saw a crowd. Being Aqua Class we ate dinner in Blu everynight except one evening. Food was always good with exceptional service. On our anniversary we had dinner in the Tuscon Grill. Food was outstanding as well as the service. Everyone on this ship works very hard, therefore service is over the top. We did not attend any shows as we go to bed rather early & up early to see the sun rise but we did enjoy all the different kinds of music around the ship

Bayonne (Cape Liberty)

Leaving Bayonne was a breeze since we live in NJ. We pulled into the parking lot (got dropped off) & was on the ship within 20 minutes. Very organized~

King's Wharf

Kings Wharf is very beautiful. There is plenty of transportation to help you get around the island. People are helpful & friendly. There is also places to eat or shop. Also Snorkel park is walking distance if you don't want to travel to far to go to a beach.
