Sail Date: Jul 2016

We are loyal to royal but also try other cruise lines as well. We booked the Divina for the 4th of July weekend 3-day cruise. We never write reviews or complain about anything and have never had a bad cruise until this one. Since we are Diamond Plus on RCL we got loyalty matched on MSC up to their highest level, Black card. So we were really excited about trying them out.

Embarkation:

Embarkation was crazy. We checked in which went really fast but the ship was not ready so we had to find a place to sit until they called us. After about 20 mins they announced that the ship was ready. There were probably 100 folks who crowded around the escalator to head up to the ship. They called out for suite guests and black cards to come forward to board but you couldn't get past all the other folks in front of you. Lots of pushing and shoving. Never seen anything like this. I would wait till after 1pm to board. Very unorganized.

Shuttles to theme parks would have been nice.
