We have been on many Norwegian Cruises in the Caribbean and have been on the Epic a few times. This is our first trip traveling as a Haven Guest. There were 4 of us in a 2 Bedroom Haven suite.

We had a fantastic time, embarkation in Barcelona was easy. This European itinerary had people Embark in Barcelona, Roma and also Marseille, so only a little over half of the passengers start in Barcelona, which is a bit weird. Being a haven guest, we went to a small, very small room until they were ready to board and then the Concierge and Butler escorted us onto the ship and into the Haven.

Since we had the drink package, we got a drink at the Haven Bar and they took a group of us to tour the Haven amenities and explained all the features and needs. You need to pay attention during the week to the times that Breakfast and Lunch are served in the Haven dining room because the times change slightly in the ports.
