We have cruised with Celebrity before on the Eclipse and the Silhouette and so had no hesitation in booking again this time on the Constellation. What a mistake! The staff to guest ratio is so low that the service was very poor. We had long waits at the bars and when a member of staff did arrive their attitude was very often surly and sometimes downright rude. The food was very bland and repetitive and the glasses, crockery and cutlery needed checking for cleanliness. The theatre shows and entertainment were distinctly amateur and not what we have come to expect from Celebrity. However, the worst thing was the shore excursions - overpriced and not at all what was described.

All in all not a good experience and one we will never repeat. If you like the holiday camp feel at 5* prices this is the ship for you. Poor, poor, poor!

Cabin Review

Cabin Oceanview

Surprisingly good. I usually have a balcony but as a single occupant I thought I would risk and oceanview. Bathroom quite small but plenty of light and space in the rest of the cabin.

Port Reviews

Kotor

Old town OK. Wouldn't bother again.

Zadar

The 'Sea' Organ' is fascinating and there was a nice little market.

Toulon

Booked a trip with Celebrity to St Tropez. Cost $150. Absolutely awful.
