We were firs time cruisers and this ship and cruise line was recommended to us by our travel agent. One of the reasons we opted for this line and ship was because of the more casual attitude concerning attire and dining. I'm no stuffed shirt and the idea of getting dressed up every night for dinner just doesn't appeal to me. I also liked that you could pretty much eat anytime you wanted. The food in all the restaurants was very good, and the buffet was excellent as well.

I was pretty satisfied with the room. It was a little smaller than I expected, but well organised and with plenty of storage space. I would have liked more electrical outlets and maybe some lounge chairs on our balcony, but other than that no complaints. Also , our room steward was very friendly and helpful.

Things on deck were pretty good, and I liked that there was an adults only section with a pool and 2 hot tubs. Although I wish they would have enforced the adults only rule a little more strictly, as I saw children there on several occasions. Also, if you want to get a sun chair get there early and claim one, because they fill up fast. the water slides were a lot of fun, but the lines could be a little long at times. I really enjoyed soaking in the hot tubs in the evenings after shore excursions, but they were always really crowded during the daytime. Even though there are 7 of them.
