We chose this cruise because of the places this ship docks and the fact there is an included shore excursion in all ports. Entertainment is not an import criteria for us as we reside in the Big Apple where we have so many different options of world class entertainment. However, there is no excuse for the poor quality of entertainment that is offered on this ship and it only was worse as the cruise continued.

The service, except for the persons at the service desk was excellent, especially the world Grill. I suggest you stay away from the Restaurant and use the specialty restaurants and the world Grill for lunch and dinner. The restaurant is too crowded and not worth the wait and cramped quarters.

The persons at the service desk smile very nicely but we found out they do not actually want to help you.
