This is our second time sailing on Oasis of the Seas. The ship is now 6 years older and showing signs of its age, but still very nice! The carpet in our room looked super dirty and the pull out couch had spots of who knows what. I wore flip-flips in the room everywhere.

Both my husband and I were super disappointed with the gym onboard. We are avid cyclists. We bike 6 days a week under the supervision of a coach. When we sailed on the ship before, we were able to use the spin bikes at our leisure. It was great!! We planned to do the same this cruise, but were severely disappointed! All the spin bikes have been replaced by computer spin bikes which is great...BUT Royal Caribbean would only allow guests to use the bikes if they paid $25 for each spin class (per person). We explained to both the spin instructor and the gym manager that we would like to use the bikes and knew what we were doing but were told it was not their policy to allow guests to use them outside of a paid class. I was told they would check with Royal Caribbean corporate and that they would let me know the next day what they found out. I never heard back from them. Not very impressive, to their otherwise very impressive customer service.
