First of all my party of six had a great time as the staff were great, My complaint is not with them but with NCL and here are the reasons. My wife and I are Gold members and always get a suite for ourselves and our two children who were traveling with their fiances, The cost of the three suites(9000,9002,9005) was in excess of $20.000.00 and included free beverages, free wifi, free excursions, and free specialty restaurant upgrade or at least that is what we were told prior to booking the trip.

Upon boarding we soon found out that all these free things were not really free, First of all we had to pay for bottled water, the last time I checked water was a beverage. In respect to the wifi we were limited to 250 minutes and quite frankly it never worked properly. The excursions were not free, they gave us a $75.00 credit and any thing over that you paid for. Last but certainly not least, when we ate in the Venetian we were charged for our supper(surf and turf), Had we eaten in one of the specialty restaurants, the meal would have been free,

We did not book this trip because of the free items, they were part of the package and as such should have been as represented. We are not sure if we will ever travel with NCL again.
