The Cruise was awesome. As a first cruiser we were 8 ladies and we enjoyed every bit of it. The restaurants/ the staff awesome. I do not have anything negative about our experience. The entertainment was fantastic. The food was delicious. The stateroom cleaners were so dedicated to their works. We had a Mr. Roy who was awesome. The activities for the kids were fun. The docking cities were nice even though Costa Maya the weather was not so friendly but overall we enjoyed. The dining on the 11th floor especially the buffet was awesome. All the staff on the 11th floor made our stay comfortable. The Spa was great. The steam and sauna rooms were very clean. Cannot say enough of the cruise. The casino area is equally clean compared to many places. The customer service desk very patient and pleasant. To top it all the Entertainment director Jimmy and his assistant Trish made us enjoy more. Thanks so much. We will come again.
