I will preface this review by saying that although I read the plethora of negative reviews prior to taking this cruise, I decided to keep an open mind. Well, the negative impression began before I even boarded the ship. Despite booking entertainment and dinner reservations many months in advance, two days before the day of departure I received a number of emails from Royal Caribbean cancelling and rescheduling the three headline shows which in turn completely messed up my schedule and dinner reservations. Despite 9 nights on the ship, I was now booked to see two shows in one night! I called Royal Caribbean and was essentially told too bad. They would not even reschedule my dinner reservations because everything was booked.

Embarkation appeared easy at the curb, but beware! Although you are asked to give a credit card for room charges to this Royal Caribbean employee, the ship will not receive this information! Guest services told us that despite our giving our credit card being presented, the curb uses different software than the ship. We waited in a nice long line to find out that bit of information.

The cabin was nice and our cabin room attendant was amazing! He went above and beyond for our family during our nine night stay.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Nice stateroom. Great amount of storage. Nice bathroom.

Port Reviews

Bayonne (Cape Liberty)

Not in the best area.

King's Wharf

Went on our own to the beach. Weather not great the day in Bermuda.

St. Maarten

Rented our own jeep and explored on our own. Had a great day!

San Juan

Walked off ship and visited Old San Juan and the fort.

Labadee

Amazing day. Rented a cabana. Kids rode the coaster and ziplined. Staff at beach were great.
