We have always cruised with P & O and thought we would have a change this year.

Good points: Fantastic crew, good sized cabin, very clean, good selection of food, reasonable entertainment, reasonably priced drinks.

Bad points: Main deck pool and jacuzzis were closed and under maintenance for 5 days out of 8 day holiday leaving one very small pool available for some 1400 guests. Subjected to noisy power tools, excessive dust and paint fumes whilst workmen worked on pool and jacuzzis making it very uncomfortable spending time on the deck. Daytime deck entertainment moved indoors during maintenance work. TV unwatchable - reported but no-one came to check it out. Poor value for money excursions. Air conditioning in cabins very noisy. Charge £15 for using safe. You have to handle luggage from/to airport. Turned up for a couple of activities but the organiser did not turn up so didn't bother for the rest of the cruise. Read more
