Chose because I had 6 previous wonderful cruises on Carnival. This 7th cruise was not wonderful. Dining room was chaotic. Never cleared table between courses . Food was not good. Two people in my party could not eat it. After the first night never returned to dining room. Raw sewage was in my toilet several times. They did try to fix it but didn't. Main door to patio was closed the entire week making it very difficult to access hot tubs smoking areas and the lania to have breakfast. Since main door was blocked no bar service. Had to go to bar to get 90% of drinks. Service in general was lacking in all places. Security took my bag out of screener and put it in someone else's cart. I did get it back but took yet another trip to guest services. Only one show that was not the carnival singers and dancers. It was a magic show geared for children. Food in buffet was awful. Guys burgers and the deli was good. Pizza was good but lines and wait time very long. Public restrooms so small you truly have to step to side of toilet and against the wall to close door.Carnival has stopped putting towels down at the deck 5 hot tubs. You have to haul your room towels around all day or keep making trips to Deckb10. Got stuck in an elevator.
