One week on land, one on the ship to fulfill a dream of seeing Alaska. The land portion was excellent. Nice accommodations and got to see so much!

The ship seemed much more about Botox and art auctions than Alaska. The naturalist was hard to hear in most public areas and because it was cold and rainy, the top deck was not usable, making other viewing areas very crowded and difficult. A map of the ship detailing the many offerings would have been really helpful but was not provided. A listing of the tv stations, including which one featured the naturalist also would have been helpful.

Food was very good and plentiful of course. Coffee was not great and unavailable one morning while water was shut off. Indoor pool closed for repairs during the last day at sea. "Princess at Sea" communication was nice. Turn phone on airplane mode with wifi on and it gave a list of activities as well as ability to text although still no map. Disembarkation involved many people sitting in corridors on the floor for long stretches.
