This was the 1st cruise for my children and my 6th. The kids had a good time and the shore excursion that we picked were really great. The cruise ship was good except for our room. This was the worst part of the cruise and we hardly got any sleep which made us tired most of the time. We complained about 7 times that someone needed to fix the knocking noise that was coming from under our cabin. For 7 days, every 20 minutes we heard a knocking sound - 16 to 23 times, every 20 minutes. They finally told us that they could not fix it as they would have to shut the ship down. Why would you book these cabins then. This affected 8 cabins around us and all they could say was, we will reimburse you some of your money. You know I didn't want money back, I wanted an enjoyable cruise. The main thing about this cruise we enjoyed was the cruise director. He was amazing and full of energy. The food was really good especially for someone who has to eat gluten free. Lunch was challenging for me but the kids ate very well. Would I go on this ship again...that is hard to say as we got off the ship exhausted as we haven't had much sleep in 7 days.

The room was very nice but the noises were horrible and they said there was nothing they could do about it. There was a knocking sound and it was 16-23 times each time every 20 minutes. HORRIBLE!!
