This was my fifth cruise aboard the Disney Dream and tenth with Disney overall. I really have absolutely nothing bad to say...every one of them has been amazing. Other than the fact it was only three nights (which I normally never do!) I simply cannot say enough great things.

For this cruise we (three adults) enjoyed a partially obstructed verandah (stateroom 9512) which was a great way to still get a balcony but not pay the full verandah price. The room location is my favorite onboard Disney ships...close to the adult pool areas/spa and starboard side for the best views of Port Canaveral and Castaway Cay. I try to avoid the elevators so unless I am coming back up from dinner in the evenings I rarely ever need to use them. This room was perfect for three of us with the pullout sofa (really a single bed) and was exceptionally quiet and comfortable.

Dining onboard Disney is always amazing. For my "big" birthday dinner we went to Remy on pirate night and chose to visit Animators Palate and Royal Palace for dinner on the other nights. Our rotation wasn't assigned that way so we visited the dining change desk on the first day to make the change.

Port Reviews

Castaway Cay

Spent some time at the beach, had a cocktail, enjoyed the BBQ lunch, did some shopping and then enjoyed the ship for the remainder of the day.

Nassau

Nassau isn't my favorite, but we took a taxi over to Atlantis for some gambling and came home winners so no complaints here!

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

Easy embarkation.
