junior suite- spacious but so shabby

the bars had shabby furnishing,

 some guests more Benidorm than cruisers  - poor standard of dress- some wandering around in pyjamas and slippers 

 food good staff as always a delight

 having cruised with RC about 4-5 times previously was horrified at this experience.,

Royal promenade shabby and full of tacky shabby stuff- Michael Kors bags around 2oo dollars more expensive than in UK and the sale bags looked as though they had come from the market-

on the plus side peaceful in some bars but not enough seating.
