I traveled with my husband and 2 boys (11 and 9 years old) in the 1st Disney Cruise of the Alaskan season. It was our 1st Disney Cruise and 3rd Cruise.

We flew from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, to Vancouver and arrived the day before ship departures, having one day and a half to explore Vancouver, what was great. Beautiful city with nice attractions (Capilano Bridge, Stanley Park, English Bay, Robson Street, good restaurants and so on).

Although there was a big line to the check in, it was fast considering we had done the online check in previously and kids registration. What took more time was to get the kids band. It was a separated line but very slow. I guess that there were few people for too many kids. Because of this we lost the time for Beach Blanket Buffet but have lunch at Pluto’s Dog House that was serving hot dogs, french fries and hamburgers.
