This was our first cruise and we went because we were invited by family members. We all picked the cruise together looking on line at the ports of call and then we booked through a travel agent. We booked concierge class and selected the dining and drinks packages that suited our requirements. In all things we were not disappointed.
embarkation was smooth as was disembarking. Luggage taken care of and arriving at the correct place without hastle.
The ship was amazing. Restaurants, bars, food.

Rome (Civitavecchia)
we embarked in Rome. There were a lot of passengers arriving at the same time and we feared long waiting times but that was not the case. The staff soon got through identifying each person and we were soon on board.
Positano (Amalfi)
Salerno was a lovely little town and the shuttle buses soon took us to and from the port .
