WE had very loud engine noise below us on the first night . Had no sleep ,so had to move decks. Restaurant at night noisy also,we could not hear the people on the opposite side of the table.Had no explanation for this which continued the entire cruise. although we complained every time.The food was excellent and our cabin clean all staff polite and friendly. Will not travel on this ship again which needs updating. Shore excursions expensive,entertainment very good.Had a previous cruise on Balmoral which was excellent so we were really looking forward to this one .Itinerary was good getting in to the center of large cities. Disembarkation was delayed and at a different terminal to embarkation which ment finding our car difficult.We had to keep going back to the reception area about moving and trying to get compensation. This made our first 3 days of the cruise very stressful.
