We choose this cruise because we wanted to try the new ship and it was a 9 day cruise which we have never done. The ship itself was great however the food and service where the worst we have ever had. The food in American Icon and Chic was awful no favor what so ever and the service was really bad we had to wait 25 minutes just to get the dessert menu and than another 15 minutes to order dessert. If you every have been on a cruise before you know that when you our at one of the pools there is always staff walking around ready to take drink orders well you do not get that on this ship. If you want anything to drink you have to go to the bar an get it yourself. We also have never been on a ship that activates run late in starting they tell you that the bingo cards will go on sale at 2:45 but they do not even open the doors until 3:00 an they are still not ready to sell the cards. We have been on 17 cruises and by far the was the worst for the food and staff.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E1

The cabin was great plenty of storage. It was very clean and the room stewart was great. However we forgot our camera on broad when we got off the ship i called the customer service line as soon as we realize it and we could tell them right where it was and we where told that the camera could not be found. Well if the room stewart did his job he would of saw it,which to me only means he got a free camera.
