This cruise was chosen for us but we would definitely cruise with Royal Caribbean again. We would especially like to acknowledge our dining hall wait staff, Ken and Frankie. They not only offered outstanding service, but we felt they went over and beyond to enhance the service they provided. Because of the 2 of them, we will very likely book with Royal Caribbean again! Our cabin boy, Muhammad, was also very accommodating and quickly responded to every request. We were also VERY impressed with the greetings offered by everyone we met whether they were maintenance, desk staff, wait staff, or shop staff. I would recommend moving the computer stations to a more secluded area. We had trouble printing our airline boarding passes because of the loud music in close proximity. They also turned the lights out in computer area as we were trying to print our passes making seeing the computer keys very difficult.

Large Ocean View Stateroom

Cabin F

Cabin was adequate but the service was outstanding! Would like to give additional praise for the waiter staff in the dining room. Our waiters, Ken and Frankie, were not only outstanding, but they went beyond service to make us feel very special!
