Carnival Cruise Itinerary and ship drew our interest for my husband birthday cruise. We spent three days in San Juan, Puerto Rico exploring the city before embarkation on Sunday afternoon that was smooth and efficient with accomodating staff with wheel chair assistance that were professional and friendly.

Ship: Lack luster and old no appealing ambience. In need of some glamour and energy and splash to address the enthusiastic cruise experience.

Cabin; Balcony Empress E238: Clean and Comfortable in AFT of the ship, Cabin Steward Emerson was friendly and anticipated our needs and very professional

Empress Level end of the hallway, Distance from elevator next to service store room.Private and Quiet. Would have preferred another chair or small sofa for indoor relaxing, Cable channels were limited and CNN was our main choice. Clean and Comfortable and Roomy.
