My husband went into this THINKING it was a great deal for our familly! WRONG! As I looked into it, it was linked to a time share presentation! We had 7 people in our party (2 adults 4 kids). EVERYTHING costed extra! The game room isn't included, comedy shows, etc. Ive seen better pool areas at an apartment complex! Our kids (17,17,16,15,10) were bored to death! And honestly, my husband and i were too! Not alot for kids to do! Play video game (that cost extra) all day! All we could enjoy was the food! Its a repetative menu! We paid $1400 for the cruise + $600 extra in Port fees for 3 of our guests. We had to stay on land (Ft Lauderdale) for 2 nights so we could do the timeshare presentation. The sales people won't take no for an answer! The hotel (Sawgrass Grand) was nice. Extra expenses, $30 a day per room resort fee, and $50 per room deposit! I was told we would be given meal vouchers (breakfast, lunch, dinner)! More like meal coupons! $7 breakfast for 4 people, when the hotel breakfast was $12.95! Consisted of oatmeal, french toast (aunt Jemima), sausage, hash browns, eggs, oranges, bananas, and apples! Definitely not worth $12.95! Not even worth the $5.95 + the $3.95 gratuity they charge per ticket! Same with lunch (hotel didnt even serve lunch) and dinner (bar food menu)! I was also told we would recieve a gas card, i would have to send them reciepts and they would reimbursement me UP TO $100! We live in Ga! Up to $100, i guess if they sent us $5, i couldnt complain because they said up to $100! After my credit card charges on boat ($12 a day pp for tips, $18 pp for oil, drinks, game room) an extra $45 was charged after we departed off ship for god knows what and paying off the package, excursions on island for family, we spent about $4500! Please don't waste your money! While we were porting in Bahamas, our kids saw Carnival Ectasy and said, why can't we get on that ship! For what we spent, we should have!
