On this ship I was very disappointed in the Casino staff and their uncaring attitude. The Casino is a designated smoking area on the ship and was used as one by those who did not use the machines or tables. I like the tables but could not stand very long in that area due to the smoke. So smokers had a choice but I did not matter as a non smoker. There are open decks on the ship. Surely smoking in these areas is enough for health reasons of their non smoking customers. The staff in the Casino were miserable and the manager when approached about the numbers that had come up on the display on the roulette wheel had not been added for ages, he said that this fault had been their for months. I relied on the history on the roulette wheel for my decision to choose a number. He was not helpful in this matter.

A party of 6 booked at the same time 12 months earlier to be together in the Saphire dining area only to find four of us accomdated only with two strangers joining our table at one day's notice after wanting a 6.00pm slot instead of the 8.00pm slot they had originally booked on. Because I complained that my sister and brother in law should have joined us they did accomdate us all the next day but sent chocolate to the stranger for her inconvenience. It turned out she had done 13 cruises and we had only done two so we did not count. Spoilt the cruise for us all in different ways. Probably will not go with Royal carribean again. The smoking was a major factor.
