As a passenger on Navigator of the Seas I found the Staff to be helpful and courteous up to the usual standard of Royal Caribbean although overall I found them not to be as happy as previous staff on other Royal Caribbean Ships. The check in was straight forward although quite long queues for new cruisers to RC. Entertainment on board was excellent and very professional. The Buffet Restaurant (Windjammer) can be very busy at times better to for breakfast prior to 9am as most cruisers prefer a long lie.

The ports of call were Bergen, Olden, Alesund and Stavanger.

Bergen advise the open top tour bus but more expensive than other European cities as is everything in Norway.
