My wife and I joined the ship at Palma de Majorca . To start with the long lines of guests waiting to be let on board was frustrating ( it was must simpler on Royal Caribbean)

when we arrived on board we found that our cabin on deck 9 did not have a clear view from the porthole even though on the deck plan it showed lifeboats only around deck 8 they actually rose up to deck nine but was not mentioned when booking.

The decor in the cabin was tired and in places was rusty on in need of repair and when the ship was at sea the room had vibrations coming from several parts of the cabin. There was a space for a fridge but no fridge was installed . We had to pay for a safe ( not on Caribbean )
