Firstly I should say that I am an ex P & O Cruises Officer (1970's). I am also an ex chef (see comments re food & restaurant service).
I chose this cruise (our first in 8 years), because I prefer British operated ships over the tinsel & glitz of of others - the decor of British ships is so much more refined in my opinion.
Britannia did not disappoint.
