The people that we meet and eat with in the main dining room were the highlight of our cruise. They were hilariously fun and a pleasure to meet every night for dinner and also enjoyed some karaoke and entertainment with them.
The dining room wait staff for our table was less than we have experienced in the past, but at least we got our food and dessert and sometimes the drinks we wanted.
The view pulling out of Venice was the BEST deportation EVER. A must do, if you haven't ever taken a cruise out of Venice, Italy!!!
Nice and big, but not a walk-in closet, like on the Allure of the Seas. The obstructed view wasn't bad, and it was kinda nice to have a hidden area on the balcony, instead of a full view. One could actually sleep out there, if they wanted to!!!
The extra space was nice because we weren't constantly bumping into the wall or drawers. There was plenty of storage space that we didn't even use.
No excursions necessary. It is fun to visit on your own. Water taxis go everywhere. It is sometimes a confusing mess, but fun nonetheless. Personally, I like to stay at an Airbnb outside of Venice, and take a bus and then water taxis inside the main Venice.
Awesomely BEAUTIFUL!!! Loved walking around here and learning from my husband, about the history of this country.
Beautiful
Previously we took a taxi around on Athens. This is what we recommend. It is less expensive this way and you get to do what you want and not have to stay and wait for shoppers, etc... So, this trip we just stayed on the ship.
Beautiful and a great walking day to see the small town and eat in their restaurants.
